Questions
When does it open?
The site near Animas is being built. Opening target: 2027. Reserving is free now.
What does reserving cost?
Nothing. No card. The first 64 people to reserve get the founding rate.
Do I need my own telescope?
No. Every telescope at the site is ours. You rent time on one from home.
Can I drive the telescope myself?
Yes, with Live control ($99 a month), in the Seestar app through your ZWO account.
Who owns the images?
You do. They stay private unless you share them.
What about cloudy nights?
The roof stays shut. Monthly plans have no weather refunds. A clouded-out time-share session is replaced free.
How long are images kept?
Processed images: while you subscribe, plus 90 days.
When am I charged?
When your telescope is ready and you start the subscription. Month to month after that.
What if a payment fails?
7 days to fix it. Then planning pauses, images stay. After 30 days the plan ends.
